Charity Pulse 2026 - Standalone Registration

Welcome

Registering for Charity Pulse 2026 on a standalone basis

Over the next few pages you will be able to register your charity to take the Charity Pulse 2026 survey and customise it for your specific analysis requirements.

Information about the cost of your survey:

The core cost of running a Charity Pulse survey is £575+VAT. The standard output from the survey is a graphical Overall Results Report that compares your charity's responses with the Charity Pulse 2026 Benchmark. This is included in the core cost, but you can add many further options to this core service if you would like to to enhance your survey - and this registration form will guide you through those so that you can select whichever are right for your charity.

All prices shown in this registration exclude VAT which is charged at the current rate of 20%.

There are five parts to the registration:
  1. Agreeing to Birdsong's Privacy and Data Policy in working with us
  2. Providing the details of your charity and your overall requirements for the survey
  3. Selecting the sub-analysis options and reports you would like to receive
  4. Specifying what to include in each of your chosen reports (if both staff and volunteers are taking part in the survey)
  5. Information about further Birdsong services and a box for you to input any questions or follow-on requests.
Guidance Notes

If you have not already done so, please read through our Guidance Notes in full before registering. Reading this document will help you know how to make the right selections for your survey.

Important notes about dates!

We typically need at least three weeks' notice ahead of your chosen launch date and will need to confirm with you after you have completed the registration, as certain months may have limited availability. There is a box to enter your choice of launch date near the end of the form.

Please note that surveys cannot run in the summer from mid-June to August, and neither can they run too close to Christmas. If this causes scheduling difficulties at your charity then please let us know as we are always willing to try and find a solution that still meets your needs.
